Established in 1962, the Mound-Westonka Rotary has been providing "Service Above Self" for over 50 years - serving the needs of the community and assisting in humanitarian efforts world wide. In 2013 the club launched Tonka Brew Fest. The community gathering and fundraising event was a huge success! In it's first two years the sellout crowds have enjoyed great beer from Minnesota craft breweries, live music, food and lots of fun. The event also raised over $25,000 for the Rotary club. That money was then used for numerous projects including a WeCAN Mobile Market food shelf van; Community ed pickle ball equipment; Shelter Box disaster relief supplies; Student scholarships; Mound Harbor District area improvements; Christmas Adopt-A-Family; Warm Hands Warm Hearts hats and mittens donations; School supplies, Eagle Scout projects, and much more!
